We ship to the UK using YODEL.
Shipping cost is £3.99 per order.

SHIPPING RATES (INTERNATIONAL)

We ship internationally using Parcelforce/DHL/DPD/USPS services depending on destination country.
Shipping cost is £10.99 per order.
Orders will be dispatched between 1-2 days after your order has been placed.

Please note we now pay any duty/import/customs fees for all international customers. This means the price an international customer pays is the cost of their item(s) and shipping only.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unsuitable items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in re-saleable condition, with all original labels and hang tags attached.
Refunds exclude all shipping costs.
We reserve the right to withhold incurred VAT/Import costs for returned items.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

To initiate a return, email contact@cafe-mountain.com
with "RETURN" in the subject line, and explain the reason for your return. After we confirm your return request, you may return your order at your expense using the shipping method of your choice.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service, as Café Mountain is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note we do not use an automated system and your return will be dealt with by a member of staff. This means replies are not instant and can take 2-3 days and 3-7 days to action the refund once we have received the returned the item/s.
